Raj Sinha: Born on 1st. January at Kath Ka Pool Mathni in Patna City Patna Distt. Bihar (INDIA). He is the 3rd son of late Dwarka Prasad Rtd. Army officer , participated in second world war had primery education up to matriculation in the government schools in patna passed his master of commerce examination from Magadh university in Bihar and also obtain the degree of LLB from same university. He started his carrier in Scouting in 1985 as Scout Master in Patna Distt..He organized several camps in rural areas in Patna. He served the society in different capacities i.e.Dist. Organising Commissioner,Officer On Special Duty , State Organising Commissioner, Regional Commissioner. He was also the Chairman, National Institute For Social Welfare And Child Development. And visited abroad i.e. USA ,Nepal,Bhutan etc.
