The National Commissioner for India Sri Raj K P Sinha has been conferred PhD doctorate by USA based Global Peace University for his contribution and services to the society. Raj has been earlier conferred with many National and International doctorate degree along with many other awardees for his best services and many others were also honored with global peace award at the program. the award ceremony was held in New Delhi on December 28. Dr. Raj K P Sinha said I am very happy and honoured to receive the doctorate degree today, with this now my responsibilities towards society has increased to many folds.
